I don't condone any wrong-doing by Fifer or anyone on the BOD.
I CERTAINLY don't condone stealing directly or indirectly from shareholders in the Company and as far as his dropping $3 or $4 million on a water treatment plant without consent of the shareholders that falls under indirectly stealing IMO. Issues like that should have come up for a vote at the appropriate shareholders meeting, not because they saw fit to do so. That's been the problem all along here. NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON ANYTHING!

If the allegations of Fifer funneling money out of the Company to himself are true then of course he should be held accountable. My point is why is all of the money from within the Company used to fund water plants or schools? Panama should be collecting enough taxes from the gold revs to pay for those things themselves.

All this money that was thrown at supposed "goodwill" is money they could have used to keep this dog solvent.
