take this to the bank smart win will get crushed in a trial.i would not be surprised if this case goes further that sw changes lawyers. no offense to atty occhipinti he really had little to work with since it took over 3 years and a bunch of summons to get the two principals of sw to show for depositions.after the contract called for the nys supremes too to be the venue as ordered by sw.imo
