32k that's it? Sheesh. With a million bucks left to convert (more actually) depending on if they max out the 590k September notes that come due early March 2015 Leo has a tough decision to make soon.

Raise the A/S to 10B or reverse split. Which one do shareholders prefer?

Of course I was scoffed at when I told everyone while the price was still a couple pennies that endless conversion season was about to hit. Well that was just telling the truth to try and help some save part of their investment.

Now it's getting crushed and will continue to be crushed.

People need to heed filings not hype, not press releases and certainly not what this snake oil salesman tells them in private. NEVER trust a penny gold mining CEO. Trust filings and plain ole common sense.
