Been hearing buyout rumors for over a decade now. It aint't gonna happen now either. And saying that ERHC has fast-tracked anything is incorrect. They spend virtually every second they had under the terms of their various PSCs. Call it Parkinson's Law or a component of Murphy's law or whatever else. ERHC always takes as long as the amount of time they have to accomplish anything.

At least 5 years and maybe 6 years or more will pass between ERHC's last well drilled and their next one. If that is fast-tracking I would hate to see them slow play it.
