So, the company Lied in the filing and everybody is cheering? Thought they stated the increase in AS was for "anti takeover"? Hmm... Now it's for collateral? I think that's called dilution. Shares for funding....

Also, notice how there is no mention of what the fees are that will be received? Very vague.

Do they get $100 and .0001% of net profits? There is nothing to show this is worth anything yet...............

But, as I was told when I was questioning these same things at .0009/.001 I guess "I just don't get it"

BTW Here comes VNDM & BKMM on the ask, with VFIN resting for a moment.

Good luck. I'd be waiting for them all to clear and get actual numbers from Grodnik.
