LOL again. So the consensus is that there are no share issuances for financing purpose since the January statement, only a list of shares issued to pay down existing debt entered into prior to the January statement and a stock dividend paid out to existing shareholders.

So paying down debt through stock sales is not financing? What business school did anyone who thinks that go to? Margrit got probably close to $250K in cash off the dividend if not more. Using shares to pay down debt or to raise money is financing, period. They did it and it's on the record. Your distractions and diversions of the facts will not work. 100% dilution has taken place. the best valuation of the stock on fundamentals is no better that $.0003. It will be there soon.
