TECO is not listed on a exchange so it cannot be "delisted". TECO's share registration could be revoked but that would be a lengthy process by the SEC and would come after a SEC 10 day suspension and relegation to the Grey Market.

I would think that BK would be next to try and ward of all the creditors...
