To change the registered agent's address and or agent, either the current agent or an Officer of the Iowa corporation (Manager of an Iowa LLC) needs to pull the STATEMENT OF CHANGE FORM from our website, once the form is completed, send the document to us by faxing, mailing or you may walk in the form to be filed.
