WHAT were they doing?
WHY did they RUBBERSTAMP FIfers expenditures?
WHOSE interests were they looking after?

the BOD is SUPPOSED to be looking out for the SHAREHOLDERS ,they may be legally liable for their FAILURE to do their job....being on the board involves more than running up the tab on an expense account or hob nobbing at wine and cheese parties,they are SUPPOSED to be the WATCHDOG

Way back I seem to remember a well qualified woman who came on board -then quit shortly after.We Never heard why....somebody knows something,guaranteed....
