$GLDG As for any development stage company we are currently seeking a bridge loan for working capital and to commence operations to secure the lease for the mining of the rare mineral Tantalum in the DRC. This mining rights to be obtained through a Canadian based DRC partner is awaiting the final phase of due diligence but finalization can only be done once adequate financing is obtained.
