The terms of consulting agreement between OTHM and Ajene Watson LLC, any guesses on what exactly the Watson group is getting? And for what services? How many shares is Ajene Watson LLC and his guys working on this deal getting issued this time around?

For SMEV, every month Ajene Watson LLC was to be paid $15,000 at least in stock compensation. If they got funding or not. Example of a demand from Oct 2009 that covered couple of months.
