Max, I have nothing else to add, but I will give the advice a second time.

My business is Direct Mail. Even though it is more expensive than ever, it still works. That's why I get a lot of easy, repeat business.

Consider these two things:

1) When a #10 hand addressed & stamped envelope shows up in your mail box, don't you open and read it?

2) With less and less first class letter mail in your mail box, don't you notice each envelope, especially when it's not a sales pitch?

I don't think it's because people are rude or don't pay attention to every e-mail sent to them. It's just that they get so many of them.

How many e-mails do you open from addresses you don't recognize?

Go ahead an e-mail it. Let us know if you get a response. I hope you do.

If you don't, you can always escalate the request by mailing it, with the postage paid reply envelope.
