Jay Monroe CEO and GSAT largest shareholder ( 68%) currently owns $ 500 mil of stock in TW Telecom.

Level 3 is buying TW Telecom and will close on the deal Nov 5th.

Over $ 500 mil will be hitting Jay's/Thermo checking account Nov 5th.

Once the blackout period ends with the filing of GSAT 3rd quarteer f/s, he will be able to buy more shares of GSAT.

Wonder what he will do with all this new found cash ??????
