The question was asked with a request for comments about what would happen after the S-1 announcement. I gave you my honest opinion. Note that I was careful to say "without any other news".

Quite frankly, I think that the announcement will be accompanied by some good PR's that will mitigate, if not eliminate, any sell-off. If the second method is used, I would expect upward pressure as people will know with certainty that the ex-date is coming and new investors will load up before it happens.

Even if the first method were used, any sell-off would be short and shallow. Once VCIG starts trading we will be heading for new highs.

Again, you have your opinion and I have mine. I'm in it for the long haul but I don't believe that the ride will be straight up. People have to be made aware of the possibility that short term the pps can still go down. This prepares them to hang in there through the rough patches.
