But, if one says something enough times, one may eventually be right, just like that boy who cried wolf.

PPHM up two little pennies (so far) today. If it should tank near the end of the trading day, then I would suspect good news is forthcoming.

Chart action is improving, but nothing to write home about. Of course, few people care about the charts when things are negative, but they go ga-ga when Clay Trader posts a chart as it is usually after a "move" up.
