Do you think were going to get the form 10 filing today or are we going to get a trick again. If the email that was posted here from Eric is fake then surely Eric will blog about it saying he never said those things....

Is it going to be treat today or ANOTHER HHSE trick?

Nowhere, at no time and to no one did the company state that the Form 10 was filing this week. That's complete BS from the xxx brigade. We clearly stated that it would be filed THIS MONTH in one filing, and in a blog stated "in a few days". We did not ever say THIS WEEK because we're quite occupied with a major screening event in Hollywood today and knew that this was not a good week to peruse the lengthy Form 10 report.
