What's all the hype about this ticker that's sinking?

Looking at their latest financial reporting it doesn't look so well... Way too many debts that will soon mature...... Likewise looking the numbers there can't be a whole lot of employees (2 or 3) so how are they converting the trucks?

Eighty percent of the population is ignorant and the other
twenty percent live off of them.
