HKUP: Learn about the Rositano Bros, I hope this goes well for all, be careful, Trade it do not marry it....started with Zippi Networks traded on the OTCBB, went to Pinks this Stock was grossly diluted and with-in a week after announcing a NO RS statement, they RS 1 for 1000's, hosed everyone...ZIPPI then became MLOV, and landed another 2500for 1 RS....at the same time, 1 year before the Zippi RS earlier, we learned he started Checkmate Mobile, doing the same thing Zippi was (Creating Mobile Apps)...totally wrong in my opinion, while diluting Zippi, behind the scenes, had their private Company doing the same thing...creating Apps including a dating app, ZIPPI then became MLOV (Mobile Matchmaking), and landed another 2500 for 1 RS all the while having a Private app Company on the sidelines....which they then SOLD/merged to themselves, according to the filing which is now HKUP.....Unbelievable ?
