Maybe you, or someone else here can chime in...

The way I understand Notch Signaling - they are basically transmembrane proteins that allow cell-to-cell communication when the Notch protein of one cell comes in contact with the notch-ligand of another cell
The question I have is how do these Notch proteins / notch ligands get affected when PS gets flipped as in cancerous cells - since again these are transmembrane proteins (part of them are outside the cell / part of them are within the cell)

Anyways will continue my education on this while we sit and wait here until Dec. 2016 wink
