Lots of dilution going on this week, huh. That's what's supposed to happen after a PR, right. Put out the fluff PR, get the stock to tick up a few notches and then dump away. Except this time the PR was put out to stop the bleeding while they continue to work out the important issues that can be an obstacle in the path of any business plan. IMO. So far it seems to be working. I will continue to hold.
