Nobody expects it to go wild without the appropriate revs and proof of signed deals. But when it falls dramatically after not one but two PRs of huge news there is much to worry about. As I've said before HALBs reputation is getting in its own way.

It's a tough justification to buy even at these levels in this bottomless pit. IMO
