One thing to think about is if memory serves me, I believe I read back in may or June of this year that TSA was changing all airport templates. From how many ETD systems per EDS unit needed, to how they are configured in, what they sit on,all the way down to the electrical outlet. Also, they were replanning new handling standards from how many agents needed for each system down to the amount of articles to be tested,etc.Plus there would be different templates depending on the size of airport. At the time sounded like they wanted to start new with not only the Technology part (as in Implants 220), but also the aforementioned new design and handling standards.
