I called her and just got off the phone with her. She said that she was having lunch with a gentleman who is a director at Dell and he told her that Dell was going to buy Sonic Foundry. She clarified the time frame by saying that he told her it could happen at the end of this quarter, but it was more likely to be at the end of next quarter. The announcement that is. She mentioned a price per share and I asked her if she knew how sensitive this information was and she did not. She does not invest in the market. This is why I think he may have mentioned this to her. Because she does not play the market. This is what I know. She is credible to me because I've known her for years and she has no reason to lie.
