Let's take a time out and look what is going on here.
Let's say for arguments sake MW loses in court. NOT LIKELY.
What happens. I guess the judge would say IFUS has to pay
back to SA the 250,000 dollars. MW had all intentions of
doing that from the start. The boot brothers prevented that
with all their ILLEGAL ACTIONS. I would say payments would
have to be made. Probably the same as what was to happen originally.
Now let's go to what WILL HAPPEN. IFUS wins in court.
The 250,000 could be dismissed, IFUS gets TREBLE DAMAGES,
and all expenses will be reimbursed back to IFUS.
IFUS has already filed a COUNTER SUIT. Who knows how
much may be rewarded to IFUS.
It looks like IFUS is in a very good position too me.
