Today's meeting of the GT Advanced Stakeholders during their Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (restructuring) had a dramatic moment.

The Judge told Apple outright: You can't keep your secrets if you're going to continue to be involved in this bankruptcy proceeding.

The only way for the company to get out of the proceeding is to offer a great deal to GT Advanced's creditors and equity stakeholders.

Great news for GTATQ.

While the court proceedings were going on I made a commentated album of the Business Situation that GT Advanced Technologies is in outside of their relationship with Apple, Inc.

The company looks strong and poised for massive growth with their new technologies in their photovoltaic and Sapphire businesses.
