Yes, but "from resection" is not equivalent to "after SOC." Chemoradiation takes time too. So, 7 months PFS in the trial = about 8 months from SOC. That's why protcol assumed "control 7 months median PFS; tx group 13.5 months median PFS," initially. The latter was indirectly lowered to 11 months (actually, just so slightly less than 4 months over control) post BSSR, as a result of the BSSR, not due to a decision made after the BSSR.
