Terra Tech Corp. has given up all control over the impending dilution and shares can now be significantly diluted at a much faster rate than previously understood. Now it's just a matter of who will disregard the S-1 language and be tricked. The treat is the now widely available EXTREMELY valuable due diligence provided in posts here, Seeking Alpha article: Natural-born Killer and Anson Funds. However, knowing how pumped Terra Tech Corp. was in Q1 by syndicates of the Network of Terra like 420INVESTOR, who is famous for touting pump and dump stocks, it shouldn't take long to realize that the potential to lose 100% of monies invested in Terra Tech Corp. is more than likely to occur.
