One way to test this theory would be for an investment group to come in and buy about 1 billion shares at .0002; that is only 200k and I am quite sure several members on this forum have the capacity to participate quite readily...

Agree that Vic is probably a figurehead only now.. He signaled that much with his twitter page removing Intellicell references.

I also doubt there is any deal with Roche. If there is any deal in the works it is more likely an exclusive license JV of sorts to split out the funding entitiy for the various INDs bandied about. Developers of therapy utilizing Intellicell's methods will not want to be influenced by the business model of licensing/revs from clinics. The M&A discussion has to be revolved around the business model of expanding clinics/licensing versus developing clinical claims INDs for OA, ALS, etc. These two business models seem most logical to be seperated.
