to Jok & 1400 news too... I was going to add that point. The integrity of this "little" company is very well established. The "shelf" boasts a certain we're ready to go for it profile. And can sometimes be used as a "Don't tread on me".

I just think when you raise money from a position of strength, and we are in a position of strength, it's a good thing. Plenty stocks do very well after announcing shelf registrations (cur doubled).

This shelf registration can't be acted upon for at least 30 days. There is a purpose behind it and i believe it is a good one. If you listen to some people you would think 25,000,000 shares are hitting the market at the open. There are some nervous nellies running around these parts today.

Leo has a plan and i believe we will be apprised of it as soon as it is prudent.

I too think we'll see the plan very soon. There's always someone out there trying to put the fear factor to attempt to manipulate. I've seen plenty of shelf registrations go COMPLETELY unused as well. It's a tool in the shed.
