well, not many news from what I could gather (from about 10 minutes into the call).

- all BOD members elected for another term, including Ken.
- no corporate transaction announced
- Increasing market value through better performance. Company is doing better each year, but Q4 is key.
- Company will consider investor relations firm and auditing process again. Compromised these due to added costs in the past, but now have come to a point where they consider it again.
- NY expansion: Sounded like they plan to continue, and in fact deepen, the cooperation with Horizon Media for now, no mention of investment in own agency infrastructure (from what I understood).
