The number of shares outstanding is IRRELEVANT until its coupled to the price of the stock to determine the market cap.. so sad this needs to be explained

Other billion share companies stock might move easier because its not as OVERVALUED as Livewire is and perhaps hasnt lied, misled and established over a period of 6 years that they are incompetent and untrustworthy as Livewire has.
