The process starts with: The U.S. Claims Settlement Commission, an agency of the Department of Justice. CarlCarlos (IMO) Without question Francisco Industries, Inc is a claimant. (U.S. Claims Settlement Commission-D.O.J) You can start there to verify claims.

From there: You can bet....like the lawyer and SugarMill Association says....that those properties will be returned. No if and or buts about it! The only question is what is a reasonable settlement.

HERE IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT POINT. NONE OF THOSE ASSETS WERE COLLATERALIZED. MEANING THEY ARE STILL FREE AND CLEAR JUST NATIONALIZED AND MAKES FOR AN EASIER UNENTANGLEMENT IF COMPANIES SUCH AS FRANCISCO INDUSTRIES DO NOT HAVE TO FIGHT WITH 2O DIFFERENT EUROPEAN COMPANIES THAT ALSO HAVE A CLAIM TO IT'S PROPERTIES.

"While there have not yet been any suits, we were able to successfully pressure a European/ Middle Eastern banking consortium to withdraw from lending the Cuban Sugar Ministry about $350 million a decade ago to increase production, which would have been collateralized with liens on specific sugar-producing properties--all confiscated from members of our association," he said
