Think about all the moldy smelling money he handed out.Granted that he was dealing only with a few key individuals over the last decade or so(which narrows the suspects)...but how long before someone and it would have to be someone close to the situation,possibly even a delivery person,the newspaper deliverer,the cable company,phone or other utility co. individuals...someone who knew his story and recognized the "The smell of the money"
Someone figured out who he was and decided to murder TT and his girlfriend once they figured out where he was burying/stashing his money.They had plenty of time to dispose of the body(s) and create an acceptable crime scene,(that didn't look like a crime scene) because he wasn't in contact with many persons and lived such a secluded lifestyle reminiscent of Howard Hughes,at least at this time of his life.
I also suspect that not all the money was buried and he may have kept a cool "moldy" million or two nearby hidden in the household somewhere.
People have been killed for next to nothing.If he didn't have some kind of security in place for protection I just don't think the situation would end well.
The BOOK? "How to Be Invisible" by J. J. Luna could very well have been a plant at his residence to throw off US MARSHALLS or at least slow their investigation making them think he was studying how to "make himself disappear" and now living on the lamb in Belize S AMERCIA........... with a broom closet for a mailing address.
I'm sure they checked it for fingerprints and probably found TTs', the killers placed it in his hands and created fingerprints on the book after they killed him;The killer wore gloves. :)
If I were investigators I'd be watching ANYONE that had contact with Tommy/Harvey to figure out whos lifestyle might have changed for the better financially in recent years.
Real possibility this person could sit on the cash for a very long time so as not to raise suspiscion, but most people inevitably start spending their "loot".They may have been smart enough to "launder"(pun intended) the money because of the smell of it....a DEAD give away,so to speak, if they start a spending spree with the cash,,,,,,not likely if they are smart in my opinion.
I hope they find the person who did this to Tommy and his girlfriend,I'd also bet that killer is reading this post.They are reading everything on the net that has anything to do with this situation.Hard to keep watching behind your back for the rest of your life isn't it? Paranoia should be setting in pretty good now for "The Opportunist"
The US MARSHALLS are probably reading all of the posts on the boards as well...you never know when the killer might post on the net because their ego just can't keep them from it!!
