It's the first sentence of the PR: "As CENBiotech continues in its efforts to be transparent, it releases its Health Canada Pre-Inspection report.

I've read that numerous times and I'm not sure it is saying that. I have become so skeptical of Bill speak that it could be interpreted as CENbiotech (it) releases its Health Canada Pre-Inspection report. Still doesn't make sense that HC doesn't allow other information to be posted but they are giving CEN the ok to release this. Anyway way past bedtime.

Bill is not the type of guy I would want to do business with. Humility is not his strong point neither is honesty. I have followed everything he and some of his associates have said over the last almost 2 years and there is a lot of puke worthy crap.
