Although the "dividend" leaves our shares as they are in CWRN, what exactly is CWRN right now? The parent company of Kiliwa?

What does the stock represent, other than the proposed "right" to a lesser number of shares in Kiliwa, a newly formed subsidiary (KMG)?

KMG shares shall be held, in trust, by the Escrow Agent ( transfer agent ). Do we know who this agent is or if they exist?
