Putting this as diplomatically as I can, once one grasps how trades are transacted on the OTC, one might grasp how flawed their Daily Short Volume theories are...

in addition, accepting how over 20B shares got issued, one might begin to place the blame in the proper place here and in most every other bloated junker...
