Wow. I missed that 8-K until just now. So what were the "events of last week"? I'm sure we'll eventually find out, but I'd like to know NOW.

One thing seems clear: Shapiro is still the majority shareholder, and therefore controls the company. At least I think that's what this means:

"As the 60% holder of the stock voting power of Codesmart Holdings, Inc., I am submitting this resignation to you."
