When I can see that Broker Dealers are 80% crooks per the regulators, should I?

The Office of Compliance Inspection and Examinations (OCIE) along side the SEC did a review on 22 Broker Dealers and out of that 22

80% were deficient in material control issues and or potentially flat out breaking the law.. OCT 09, 2014. In other words the dip shit companies didn't even ask how persons got the shares, when and or from whom before selling them into the market.. Are there shares of GNCP part of the dip shitery? I wouldn't doubt with 80% of 22 companies being deficient.

ETRADE is but one idiot enetity that is mentioned in the risk assessment.

And we still see that the rule skirters get support.. lol House of cards is falling.. imo
