The doc that was stickied previously brought with it alot of ?'s because people didn't know where it came from, was it authentic, was it from HC? It just started floating around on the boards. With this PR we know CEN is officially saying yes, this doc is authentic, it's from the HC pre inspection and at the end, here are the deficiencies we've corrected. This will be news to people who aren't on these boards to see the old one floating around. It will be reassuring to those who were unsure if it was an HC doc and not an independent consultation service doc as some were claiming. And it will be hated by others because they hate everything that has to do with FITX.
