Based on what has developed in NV this far, it is apparent DP hired the right people before the whole process started. He has that foresight, the State ranking system, and the Local County and City process was a "moving target" for everyone applying. I remember when TRTC posted a picture of the volumes of information laid out for these applications. Just getting your completed application accepted on time was a challenge (at the state and county level), followed by staff review, and then city planning commission approval.

I still have a hard time listening to people down playing these major accomplishments. 50% of the companies in on the OTC can’t even get a Q10 out on time and the companies in the marijuana related sector (now more than 120) are a joke compared to TRTC.

TRTC will be ranked in the upper percentage of all applicants by the State, at least high enough to be sent to each county as one of the States recommendations (for a dispensary and cultivation/production). It is crystal clear as to why they will be ranked high in the cultivation side, and with Blum it should be quite clear on the dispensary side.
As for the 18 dispensaries in Clark County, yes TRTC will be in the top 18 ranked by the State and Clark County will either have to say yes to TRTC or ask the State for the 19th raking for review to replace the one they turn down. We all know and so does every politician in NV, what happened in Clark County.

This was loud and clear (from the Las Vegas Planning Commission meeting), the State will not send the whole list to each County. They will only send the ones allocated to each by rank. So, Clark will get 18 names from the state, and Las Vegas will get 12 names. It is important to understand the ramifications of that, and the advantage TRTC now has over many (most) applicants.

Sound research clearly shows all of the factors and elements involved in the high probability of TRTC obtaining final licensing in the State of Nevada, and then whatever State they choose next based on the November elections and changing MMJ laws.

totally 100% agree these developments is huge for TRTC, you have to be able to walk before you run.
