We all know that NSS is not a Theory nor a Fantasy. I wouldn't want to own that relationship going forward for suggesting there is no such thing as abusive naked short selling (why would the SEC bring it up in thier FY 2014 Budget to be Fantasy?).. When the SEC FY 2014 Budget shows there is persistent NSS and Fraud that goes with it is still in play to be investigated and more rules may need to be in place to curb the rule skirters criminal behavior. The new report on 22 Broker Dealers showing us that 80% of them are under reporting compliance data, either breaking laws or there real close, and may have to pay the piper for doing so. Investigations appear to be on going. smile

FINRA has said that REG SHO BI Monthly data was under-reported and under-inclusive in reporting.. Looks like that is a 100% confirmed.. 100% right on the spot.. lol Just like the GNCP Daily Short Volume each and every day.
