Received a letter from FINRA today regarding my online complaint about Etrade unwilling to provide me stock certs. Letter stated that because it happened in 2005 they could not do anything about it. Lol. These scumbags and captured miscreants at FINRA are too much. It's a shame FINRA is purposefully trying to thwart shareholder rights and colluding with the brokers to protect the brokers interests. Real scumbags we are dealing with at FINRA in my opinion.
