Exactly. I was just about to post the exact same thing. The very details are evidence to that statement. The FPS is 15 and they recommend 24. They have minuscule details in requirements that need to be met.

The nature of this license is enormous. The process takes several months for a reason. A federal government is not going to issue a stamp of approval unless all T's are crossed and all I's are dotted.


Oh...and they most certainly wouldn't be inspecting a business that is a supposed "scam."
