Thanks for your thoughts. I appreciate your contribution to the dialog on this board and the explanation of how you come to your conclusions.
I don't agree with the assessment made about Dr Jones, though. Nothing there seems remotely close to moving a mountain or declaring him to be a superstar.
There's no debating that when comparing the sales results, which he is ultimately responsible for, to his pronouncements and his stated expectations on the calls, they don't measure up. There may be many valid reasons for that. I don't have the information necessary to draw a conclusion as to his worth to the company or lack thereof.
I certainly hope to look back at some point in the future and be able to say, "Wow, he really is a superstar". But right now, the results don't show it, and all the mountains look to be in about the same place (sales wise) as they have been for the past few years.
