Was the FY 2014 for the SEC budget read or not? If not, read it. It shows shit heads are at criminal behavior levels and it is not just CEOs dumping shares yadda yadda, it is broker dealers and transfer agents, etc., committing fraud, unbeknownst to Ceos. No, it is broker dealers, scumbag MMs, those that work for them, that don't police their personnel that are also involved in frkn up our markets.. If GNCP has issue over the last ten years, where is it? Why hasn't the insiders after all these years hanging high? They sure carry a crew don't they..
