Jeff Hale had judgment for $250,000 based upon contract signed by Scot Brown and Jeff Hale signed Scot Brown's contract. He executed on the judgement and seized bank account of BPD. CT negotiated settlement for $66,000 and sold equipment to raise money. BPD was then shut down as not financially viable to keep open. All this was done with 100% agreement of Board including Peake and Sorensen. BPD was still property of Viropro. Seizure by State California is a different legal step. As a practical manner, BPD probably worth nothing. Viropro still remains liable for all BPD liabilities. An enormously more important matter is the clones last seen in deep freezer University California. Fee is @ $200 a month which is $200 more than Viropro has.
