Jeff Hale had judgment for $250,000 based upon contract signed by Scot Brown and Jeff Hale signed Scot Brown's contract. He executed on the judgement and seized bank account of BPD. CT negotiated settlement for $66,000 and sold equipment to raise money. BPD was then shut down as not financially viable to keep open. All this was done with 100% agreement of Board including Peake and Sorensen. BPD was still property of Viropro. Seizure by State California is a different legal step. As a practical manner, BPD probably worth nothing. Viropro still remains liable for all BPD liabilities.
