Do you know when/if they filed the "final" amendment with FINRA? And how do they know it's the last one until FINRA says so? Could there not be more back and forth to come before approval? And is it for an S-1 or a Form 10? And did you say earlier that it would be externally audited?

The PR on 10/22 said they were in the "final stages of submitting documents" which is obviously not the same as saying they "have submitted" them, kind of like how on 9/24 they were making "final preparations" to "begin implementing the launch phase" for Besado, which is not the same as "launching" or even "implementing the launch phase," or even "beginning to implement the launch phase," only finishing up preparing to begin the thing they said they've been doing since June. Hmmm.

In the South there's a saying that "I'm fixin' to get ready to get started" on something, which basically means "I haven't done $hi7, and seems like it would fit in nicely in any number of TEMN PRs... ;)
