So in light of the above, in this case, is the ZTE jury decision synonymous with "entry of the court judgment" - i.e. with completion of the damages trial NOT a requirement for appeal, is there still a period for motions to Judge Andrews before this case is "certified" (or "ripe" or whatever the correct legal term is) for appeal to the CAFC?
