Word on the street BPD seized by State California for not filing paper work. I think more like wasn't just paper work; but money with the paper work. Previously BPD was just inactive; but belonged to Viropro. That makes me worry about the 30 boxes of clones in super deep cold storage. After BPD closed cold storage operation clones have been kept at UC. 30 boxes included clones Rituxan, Insulin and few other Biosimilars. Few months back a very well informed poster said Viropro out of Biosimilar business. But how could Viropro be out of Biosimiar business if still had clones. Could always partner up with somebody and they develop the clones. In April CT paid storage fee with her own money because Viropro had zero money and clones had huge potential value. If Viropro didn't pay for storage, they would be destroyed. I suspect chapter on clones is closed.
