Maybe. I don't have any proof for or against. Either way, 2 critical issues will be asked and reviewed in detail in any court case...

- Was the North American distribution channel built and delivered as promised as part of the DeBlase obligation?

- Was the remaining $2.5M delivered by DeBlase as promised and expected by IFUS?

If neither of those things happened, and IFUS took that $100K and started investing in infrastructure or product under the assumption that DeBlase was going to deliver on both promises above, it is going to be near impossible to find a judge or jury that will find IFUS liable for that $100K.

But then again it is a court case, and after I watched the OJ trial, I realize anything is possible and that facts and logic don't always matter.
